Carbohydrase Surgical Instrument Cleaner Enzymes:
(to breakdown starch to a lower level) to catalyze the hydrolysis of higher carbohydrates to lower forms
Protease Surgical Instrument Cleaner Enzymes:
(breakdown blood) including the proteinases and peptidases, to catalyze the hydrolytic breakdown of proteins.

The all-in-ONE Enzyme Detergent Surgical Instrument Cleaner delivers the 4 enzymes needed to breakdown and remove all forms of proteinaceous bioburden. Four enzyme Surgical Instrument Cleaners are necessary to break down all forms of bioburden. Surgical Instrument Cleaners that do not deliver Lipase Surgical Instrument Cleaner Enzymes, Amylase Surgical Instrument Cleaner Enzymes, Carbohydrase Surgical Instrument Cleaner Enzymes, and Protease Surgical Instrument Cleaner Enzymes cannot remove all forms of surgical instrument proteinaceous bioburden. The single or dual enzyme surgical instrument cleaners cannot remove all forms of surgical instrument proteinaceous bioburden and they do not deliver the detergent surfactant agents that are critical for cleaning the surface of surgical instruments. These products include the single or dual enzyme surgical instrument cleaners and such products as the: Zymex enzyme surgical instrument cleaner, Miltex enzyme surgical instrument cleaner, Enzy-Clean enzyme surgical instrument cleaner, Scope-ZYME enzyme surgical instrument cleaner, MetriZyme enzyme surgical instrument cleaner, and STERIS Prolystica enzyme surgical instrument cleaner.
